AU-CENTRAL TERMS OF USE
Welcome to AU-Central!
This agreement ("Terms of Use") outlines the rules for using our music services, mobile apps, website (https://www.au-central.com), and other related software or online features (collectively, "AU-Central Products and Services").
We may occasionally update these terms, and we'll post the changes here. If you keep using our services after the changes are posted, that means you agree to them. If you don't agree, you'll need to stop using AU-Central.

PARENTAL ADVISORY

- No Changes Allowed: You can't change these terms.
- Disagreement Means No Access: If you don't agree, you can't use AU-Central.

Your Account Information
Creating Your Account
To use AU-Central, you'll need to create an account. This will involve setting up a username, password, and a valid email address. You may also need to provide your credit card information if you want a subscription.
Keeping Your Information Up-to-Date
Make sure the information you provide is accurate and current. You can easily update your details, change your payment method, or edit your email address through the "Manage Account" option in settings.
Newsletters (Optional)
If you register through a device manufacturer, you might be signed up for the AU-Central newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter.
Protecting Your Privacy
AU-Central takes protecting your information seriously. We handle your account details according to our Privacy Policy, which you can review for more details.
Keeping Your Account Secure
It's important to keep your password confidential. Any activity linked to your account is your responsibility. If you think someone else has accessed your account, you can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Your Password?" on the Sign In screen.
Responsibility for Your Account
You are responsible for any unauthorized use of your account. AU-Central cannot be held liable for losses caused by someone else using your login information.
Wi-Fi on AU-Central Devices
If you use a Wi-Fi-enabled AU-Central Portable Radio Player, you'll be subject to the terms of service of the Wi-Fi provider. AU-Central is not responsible for any issues arising from your Wi-Fi use or any violations of those terms.
Privacy Policy

- Content Limits: No adult content, spam, or modifying music from AU-Central.
- Sharing Limits: Don't share your account details or make AU-Central available on unauthorized networks.
- Respect the Technology: Don't try to hack or bypass any security measures AU-Central uses.
- Fair Use: Don't rent out your account, collect user data, or use automated tools for unfair purposes.
- Respect Our Brand: Don't frame AU-Central content or use our trademarks in misleading ways.

AU-Central's Right to Investigate

User Content
By submitting any content, you grant AU-Central a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the What Happens When You Submit Content

- AU-Central doesn't take responsibility for content submitted by users. They also don't have to monitor it.
- AU-Central can remove any content that violates their terms of service.
- AU-Central reserves the right to access and disclose user information under certain circumstances, such as:
- Following the law
- Enforcing their terms of service
- Preventing fraud or technical issues
- Responding to user requests
- Protecting AU-Central, its users, and the public
AU-Central's Choice
Option 1: Short and Simple
- This section covers what happens to content you submit to AU-Central.
- They can use it in various ways, and you confirm you have the right to grant them this permission.
- Other users can see your content, but you retain ownership.
- AU-Central doesn't take responsibility for user-submitted content and reserves the right to remove anything that violates their terms.

- When you submit content, you give AU-Central broad permission to use it in various ways, including sharing, modifying, and creating new works. This permission lasts forever and applies worldwide.

- Other AU-Central users can access and view your content for personal use, but you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights in the content.
- It's important to note that AU-Central doesn't take responsibility for user-submitted content and doesn't have to monitor it.
- They can remove any content that violates their terms of service.

Intellectual Property
What AU-Central Owns: AU-Central owns or has permission to use everything on the service (text, images, music, etc.) except for content uploaded by users.
Content Ownership: Content uploaded by users belongs to those users, and copyright laws may apply.
AU-Central Trademarks and Third-Party Trademarks

AU-Central isn't responsible for content, products, or services provided by third parties through their service.
INDEMNITY
Holding AU-Central Harmless
This is a legal term that basically means you agree not to hold AU-Central responsible for any legal claims that arise from:

- Your use of the AU-Central service or Wi-Fi connection.

About Ads and Links on AU-Central

Content from Others
- AU-Central doesn't control content or links from other companies that appear on their service.
- AU-Central doesn't endorse this third-party content, and they aren't responsible for its accuracy.
Responsibility for Your Communications
AU-Central doesn't take responsibility for what you or others communicate on their service. This includes any offensive or harmful content.
Transactions with Other Companies
AU-Central isn't involved in any purchases you make from companies advertising on their service. If you have a dispute with one of these companies, AU-Central cannot be held responsible.
Applicable Law and Assignment
- By using AU-Central, you agree that any disagreements between you and AU-Central will be handled following the laws of Ghana (excluding any laws that conflict with this agreement).
- You can't share or transfer the rights granted to you under this agreement with anyone else.
Resolving Disagreements
- If you have a disagreement with AU-Central about your use of the service or products you purchased, it will be handled through confidential arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
- This means a neutral third party will make a decision, not a judge in court.
Exceptions
AU-Central can still go to court in Ghana to stop you from violating their intellectual property rights (e.g., trademarks or copyrights).
The Arbitration Process
- This arbitration will follow the rules of the Ghana Arbitration System.
- The arbitrator's decision will be final and can be enforced like a court order.
- Your disagreement cannot be combined with legal cases involving other AU-Central users.
