Zingah praises Sjava and calls him a generational talent.
Everyone knows how much of the rivalry that exists in the SA Hip Hop scene. Rappers would rather hype themselves and their talents than doff their caps to colleagues who deserve flowers for the work they do.
Fortunately for us all, there remains a select few in the SA Hip Hop scene who are usually honest about these things. They give praise to who it’s due. Zingah recently had some good words to share about his colleague Sjava.
Replying to a tweet urging people to say something nice about Sjava, Zingah wrote,
“He’s a generational talent. A true representation of himself at the same time too.”
The fans agreed with him. Sjava is one artist who has established himself as one of the best talents in SA Hip Hop. Apart from bringing home a BET Award home years ago, he has delivered only the best projects and continues to do so.
He recently dropped the deluxe version of his critically acclaimed and commercially successful album “Isibuko.” The project has earned praise from fans who noted the great work done on it. One tweep wrote,
“He’ll go down as one of the greatests to ever do it in Africa????????♥️ what a talent and wisdom he has????.”
